I provide presentations and educational workshops on mental health in the workplace, anxiety and anxiety management. The content within the modules ranges from general to specific and can be customized to meet the needs of any group. I am an experienced presenter and enjoy sharing information on this subject. Contact me to inquire about the content of my workshops. My newest workshop is on Care Giver Anxiety. It is directed towards individuals working in hospitals and Long Term Care settings.

My Hourly rate is $175.00/hr
Telephone Counselling & Virtual Counselling
Virtual counselling sessions will work best for you if you either cannot, or do not wish to take part in face to face counselling. Sessions are facilitated via Zoom. Telephone counselling is also available.
In Person Counselling
I offer a 15 min telephone consultation prior to our first session so that you can decide if you are interested in working with me. This consultation is available to all individuals, whether you are considering virtual or in person counselling. It's meant to be a relatively informal call, one that gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you might have before starting counselling. If you decide to work with me, we will begin meeting in person. Duration and frequency of sessions will be discussed during the first meeting.
CHECK-IN
In times of heightened anxiety, it can be helpful to stay anchored. I offer a check in (via email or text) during times when an increased amount of support is required.
Please Note: Most group and private medical plans as well as Employee Assistance Plans (EAP's) provide reimbursement for counselling services provided by Social Work Clinicians. Please check with your extended health care provider and/or your employer. Payment can be made on the website by clicking on the service requested in Packages and Payment or in person.
